Experience: Worked for a large general contractor in the Bay Area before switching to the Owner side and building ghost kitchen facility all over the West Coast. Pivoted to getting his General-B Contractor’s License to focus on commercial and residential build-outs.
What do you like most about the job? Having worked on both the General Contractor and Owner side before Redcar Workshop, he enjoys using communication and transparency to ensure all parties, including tenants, get the exact outcome they hoped for.
What do you like to do most outside of work? Tennis, golf, live music, spending time with friends and connecting with family.
Blake Thomure
Senior Project Manager
Experience: Over 20 years of experience leading the construction of commercial, restaurant, industrial and infrastructure projects.
What do you like most about the job? Takes pride in working alongside dedicated crew to bring construction projects to life from the initial design to the final build.
What do you like to do most outside of work? Spending time with friends and family – whether out for a hike or having a barbecue.
Tania Morin
Senior Project Accountant
Experience: Managed finances on many jobs all over California ranging in size from small to large Hollywood hotel developments. Holds a California real estate license. Holds a masters degree in consumer affairs.
What do you like most about the job? The opportunity to challenge herself daily and try to learn something new while taking great pride in the quality and completion of all projects.
What do you like to do most outside of work? An adventurous life style through traveling, marathons, wine tasting and skydiving. Also enjoys live music and raising money for veterans and children.

Experience: Began her career in finance before transitioning into real estate where she has worked in residential sales, home improvements and managing ground up construction projects.

Experience: Has worked in many different roles within real estate development throughout college and now supports all aspect of construction projects since Redcar Workshop began.
What do you like most about the job? Seeing how projects directly benefit the communities they are in.
What do you like to do most outside of work? Enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends, trying new foods, and watching scary movies.
